"Girley"

We called her Nakita. She was found roaming the streets of Germantown PA when a nice couple found her and took her in. They contacted rescue because they could not keep her so DVSHR took her in.

Two days later while getting in touch with the Pennsylvania SPCA, we got a report of a missing dog fitting her description. Girley is her name and she is now safe at home. Her owners are learning to keep her better contained.
