- DVSHR has the following Owner Surrender Dogs waiting to come into rescue as soon as we can arrange foster homes for them.
- DVSHR has evaluated these dogs, and they are up to date on vaccinations.
- Our ‘Foster with Intent to Adopt Program’ has excellent success in adoption outcomes, and we are now promoting it more publicly.
